MORTGAGE APPROVAL CHECKLIST

Use this checklist as a tool to help you move smoothly through the process. Below you will find an outline of the recommended steps necessary for loan approval. We suggest that you print this worksheet and then check each box next to the items you've completed.

Step 1: Select Bankers Financial Group as your lender. Work              with your Loan Consultant to determine the              financing option which works best for you.

          Lender reviews credit report.

          Obtain pre-approval.

Step 2: Secure a real estate Agent. Click Here

          Select a home.

Step 3: Obtain a ratified sales contract on your home.

Step 4: Complete loan application.

          Provide your Loan Consultant with             documentation supporting your initial
            pre-approval.

          Review the Loan Interview Checklist.

Step 5: Loan file is submitted to an Underwriter for final              approval.

Step 6: Final Inspection (walkthrough) of the home.

Step 7: Closing. Secure a Settlement Agent

          Settlement agent reviews whether             conditions of the loan are met.

          Sign documents

          Documents are recorded.
